The Platform is owned by Wixora Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Sanjay Nagar, Sunder Baug Lane, Kamani, Kurla, Mumbai – 400070, India (referred to as "Platform Owner", "Wixora", "we", "us", "our").
Your use of the Platform, and the services and tools it offers, is governed by these Terms of Use, including the policies incorporated by reference (our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy). By mere use of the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms constitute your binding obligations with us. Any terms proposed by you that conflict with these Terms are expressly rejected and of no effect. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice; it is your responsibility to periodically review them.
Wherever the context so requires, "you", "your", or "user" means any natural or legal person who has registered to use the Platform.
ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE — PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
Wixora is a learning platform where users can write and read articles, build and take courses, practice AI-powered mock interviews, take quizzes, and receive a personalized AI skill roadmap.
To access and use the Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during and after registration, and you are responsible for all activity under your registered account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain full ownership of the articles, courses, and other content you create ("User Content"). By publishing content on Wixora, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform — we do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.
Some content on Wixora — including AI-generated articles, courses, quiz questions, roadmap suggestions, and mock interview feedback — is produced using AI models. Neither we nor any third parties warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information or materials offered through the Service. Such content may contain inaccuracies or errors and should not be treated as professional advice; we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of the Service and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion, for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure the Service meets your requirements.
The Wixora name, logo, and the contents of the Platform — including its design, layout, look, graphics, and code (excluding User Content) — are proprietary to and owned exclusively by Wixora Technologies Pvt Ltd, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You have no authority to claim any intellectual property right, title, or interest in the Platform's contents, and may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use our branding without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of the Platform may lead to action against you under these Terms and/or applicable law.
You agree not to use the Platform or Service for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by these Terms or by Indian or local laws applicable to you — including posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, harassing other users, attempting to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its AI features, or using automated means to scrape or overload the platform.
The Platform and Service may contain links to third-party websites. Accessing these links means you are governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies of those third-party websites; these links are provided solely for your convenience.
Wixora offers a Free tier and a Pro tier, priced at ₹999 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes), billed in Indian Rupees (INR) — see our Pricing page for current details. Some courses are gated to Pro subscribers. You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Service. Pro is billed on a recurring monthly cycle via our payment gateway partner; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period, with no partial-month refund for the remaining period. Once you initiate a transaction for the Service, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner. See our Refund Policy for full details. Pro access may currently also be granted manually without automatic billing; this may change as billing is introduced more broadly, and we’ll update these Terms accordingly.
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorney's fees — made by any third party, or any penalty imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms, our Privacy Policy or Refund Policy, or your violation of any law, rule, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property rights).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Wixora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms, neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be raised with us at legal@wixoratechnologies.com for good-faith resolution. If unresolved, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
